2. Provision of Services

5AM Technologies provides premium IT and Cybersecurity training courses and certifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services with or without notice to the user.

3. Registration and Account Security

Users are required to provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee strictly for courses where less than 20% of the content has been viewed. Exam booking fees are non-refundable once scheduled.
